There is no office of the Government of Canada in the Northern Mariana Islands.

During business hours: contact Canadian Citizen Services at ccs.scc@international.gc.ca or 1-844-880-6519.

For emergency assistance at any time: contact the Emergency Watch and Response Centre in Ottawa.

There is also a resident Australian government office that can help you, under the Canada-Australia Consular Services Sharing Agreement.
